For may applications, the pressure and flow from natural vaporisation of a cylinder is entirely adequate when the outside temperature is below 20°C, and when the liquid LPG level is high/low. The LPG Pressure Booster maintains the required container pressure and flow even when either, or both, of these conditions fall below optimum levels.
The LPG Pressure Booster system maintains a minimum LPG pressure of 70kPa (10 psig) by automatically turning on at low cylinder temperatures. The LPG Pressure Booster doesn't raise the cylinder temperature above 50°C (+/- 5%).
Even at low liquid levels the LPG Pressure Booster allows for full vapour flow from the cylinder by providing low temperature heat near the bottom of the container.
The LPG Pressure Booster provides additional vaporisation from a cylinder without resorting to high temperatures or open flames. The carefully engineered electric vaporising pad operates at less than 50°C at all times, and as such is safe for use in urban areas.
The LPG Pressure Booster can be attached or removed form the cylinder in moments, and it plugs into readily available power, 230V AC. (Low voltage is available upon request, from 12V to 48V DC)
The LPG Pressure Booster system REDUCES THE STORAGE SPACE required of multiple cylinder (Bank) installation s by maximizing natural vaporisation and providing additional vaporisation assistance only when needed at times of high use. One cylinder with a LPG Pressure Booster installed may take the place of 2 or 3 cylinders when only using natural vaporisation.
